Building your Future with Investment Properties

I love real estate.  But if I'm really being honest with you, it's not something I want to HAVE to do forever.  

Don't worry, I'm not going anywhere anytime soon!  In fact, I'll probably never completely retire.  Part of me hopes to always have a deal I am working on.  From what I have seen, I think this might be one of the fountains of youth!

What I've always wanted is more freedom.  More freedom to choose who I work with, when I work, and what type of job I take.  To be able to wake up and decide "Is this what I want to do today?" vs "Is this what I have to do today?"  

As I look to the future, all retirement plans fall on me.   As a real estate agent working for myself, there is no matching 401k, there is no pension,  but what I do have is access to high quality deals!

I have been working on creating wealth and building more freedom over the last 10 years by investing in cash flowing rental properties.  I'm invested in both single family and small multi-family (fourplex's & 5plex's).   Real estate can be a slow game, but if you play it over time, it pays off in dividends.  

In 2022 I made 2 personal acquisitions-yes even in this crazy real estate climate!  What I am really excited to report is that we helped more investors than any previous year purchase investment properties.
