Agents love to brag how quickly they sell a home, we are guilty from time to time as well. Well this blog is going the opposite direction….nearly 4 years to the original list date, we are finally closed at the Lakeside Equestrian Stables. A new personal record!
We worked through a number of contracts that just weren’t right, overcame some hill sized “obstacles”, through a house into the mix, then sold it seperatley, took a several breaks off market, and even a few market shifts during this time.
