With interest rates rising and buyers pulling back, we were in the right place at the right time with our new Seller Boost Program! This is a new addition to our already value packed 12 step listing program. 

What's a Seller Boost, you might ask? It's the solution to a market that has slowed down. No more are the days of simply putting a sign in the ground and selling for astronomical prices (not that we ever did that before). Right now presentation is everything. 

But what if a Seller just doesn't have the funds to make improvement and upgrades? Money is tight for everyone right now.. who has the money for a kitchen remodel, or even to paint their home when they are paying almost $6 a gallon for gas? 

That's where Seller Boost comes in. We put our money where our mouth is. We front the funds during the prelisting process then the seller pays us back at closing from the proceeds of their sale. 

Our sellers in Shoreline took advantage of the program with great results! 

We coordinated a team of contractors for them to paint their home inside and out, updated flooring, new trim, lighting and electrical upgrades, repaired the deck and stained it a modern color, landscaping, and a full kitchen remodel, plus more!

We went from a probable 850k to 875k sale to well over the list price ($1,025,000) on a budget of about $50k in upgrades! See their custom home website here.

In a current market where we get excited about 5 groups thru an open house, we ended up with closer to 30 groups and 2 super qualified and highly interested buyers that fought tooth and nail for the home. The Boost we gave the home paid off in spades, and we couldn't be happier for our clients who will put an exceptional extra chunk of change in their pockets when we close next month.
