Our 2025 Real Estate Year in Review
Sales volume tells one story. Here is a look at the creativity, hard work, and client-focused wins behind the numbers.
2026 gets rolling, we want to start with a sincere “thank you”!
To our amazing clients, our family and friends who cheer us on, and the agents who send referrals from near and far, your support truly means the world to us.
We’re grateful every day to be part of each real estate journey and don’t take that privilege lightly.

A lot of agents like to brag, I mean, recap, their year. So who am I to break tradition? Here’s how things wrapped up for the team:

2025 was a great year, made possible by the trust, support, and collaboration of the clients, agents, family, and friends who stood by us. While the numbers reflect a strong year, they don’t tell the full story. Behind them is the hard work, creativity, and problem-solving that truly shaped everything we accomplished.
That’s what makes the following stats, stories, and program highlights from 2025 especially meaningful to share.
Less Stress when you Sell with Wes

A pre-listing inspection adds real value for sellers. It saves time, reduces surprises, and takes a lot of stress off the table once the home is under contract. What you’re seeing here isn’t luck. These results come from a proactive approach that keeps deals moving and negotiations on track.
Impact & Value Created

One of the programs I’m most proud of is our Listing Boost Concierge service. We help sellers complete necessary repairs before listing and coordinate strategic cosmetic upgrades to maximize their sales price. We even have to pay at close options. After a busy year managing client projects, I decided to take a closer look at the numbers. We made a huge impact on our clients' bottom line and moved product in a challenging environment!

Flexible Commission
We also remember when a seller brought the buyer to their own listing. To make the most sense for them, we adjusted the commission. While it meant earning less than usual, it was the right decision for our client. This is included in every listing agreement we prepare. Flexibility based on who brings the buyer!
Moments like this are what make the work so rewarding and remind us why we do what we do.
Looking back, we’re so grateful for the trust, the challenges, and the wins that shaped 2025. Now it’s on to even bigger things in 2026! Grateful for the trust, the challenges, and the wins that made 2025 what it was. Onward to even bigger things in 2026.
