If you haven’t heard of a pre-inspection, I’m actually not surprised, but it’s what my sales process is built around. 

The first thing I do when I work with a seller is order a pre-listing building inspection—the exact thing you’d order if you were buying a home. We want to preemptively find every little thing that is wrong with your home (I know, it seems a little backward, huh?) 

Don’t fret if we find something wrong with your house because that’s the whole point here. We do this so that we have the opportunity to fix whatever issues may exist before ever listing the home.

It will save you time and money, and once you list the home, it’ll make you more money in the end.

When’s the best time to fix a problem? Is it when the buyer already has you under contract and can keep tacking onto the list of issues for you to remedy? Or, is the best time prior to listing, when you can address things in the way you want?

It’s always the latter; it will save you time and money, and once you list the home, it’ll make you more money in the end. Most important of all, it’s going to make for the most stress-free sale you’ve ever had. 

In 2019, we sold 40 listings, and only three of them went into the pending inspection period. That’s because two of them chose not to follow our hassle-free pre-inspection method. 

It’s proven, it’s repeatable, and it works for condos, entry-level, or multi-million dollar homes.
