Before I sold real estate for a living, I worked in land development & project management for a builder.  One of my first projects was Sundance Ridge in Ellensburg, WA.  We were pioneering a new product & price with this project.  Timing could not have been worse for all of it! We listed the land in June of 2008 as the market began to fall out from underneath us.  You know the rest...

We kept at it, but only sold a handful of lots over the coming years.  Last year I took on the marketing role as the listing agent and teamed up with the top local Ellensburg agent, David Chamberlin. Fortunately, enough, time, as well as a change in consumer behavior from the pandemic was kind to us this launch.

Last week, we closed our third lot of the week.  That's nearly 20 lots since we started 15 months ago.  Compared to the previous 6 lots we had sold over the past10 years, it's safe to say the developer is pretty happy!

We've still got a handful of lots left.  If this video tugs at any of your second home heart strings, maybe it's time we have a quick conversation about Sundance Ridge?

About Sundance Ridge:

Exceptional Homesites
Only 33 estates, each on 5 to 12-acre scenic homesites, grace this serenely private ridge.

These exceptional homesites are ideal for one-of-a-kind estates or unique private compounds, offering spectacular views and ample space for terraced gardens, separate guest quarters, patios, pool decks and private tennis or sport courts.

The Location
Sundance Ridgels idyllic location, in the quiet reaches of Ellensburg, Washington, is easily accessible via I-90. In downtown Ellensburg you'll discover a historical gem with restaurants, charming shops and boutiques, jazz festivals, rodeos, and Central Washington University campus. Sports and outdoor enthusiasts will find all types of activities, from Wildcats football games to hiking the Kittitas Valley, kayaking or fishing the Yakima River, and skiing the nearby slopes of the Cascade Mountains.
