Here’s the latest update on what’s been happening in our real estate market as we weather this pandemic.

As you can see by this mess of hair on my head, we’re still under quarantine—I can hardly remember how long it’s been! Many of our local businesses are still shut down, but real estate, as an essential business, remains open. Believe it or not, we are still seeing a lot of good things in the market. This week alone, we put two deals in escrow; both went for more than their list price and had multiple offers. That’s fantastic news!
